Over the course of the entire year on the Generation Next Basketball Association, one of the top players was Tim West. Tournament after tournament all season, the wing excelled while playing with NESYB Hoops.
While West is not even in high school yet as a member of the 2027 class, there are already a lot of tools to his game. As well to his skill set, West has some size on the wings standing at 6’0” plus good length. With his versatile scoring ability and tough defensive play, West is a real standout on both ends of the floor. He is an aggressive defender that can shut down opponents on the perimeter with his length, athleticism, and quickness.
On the offensive end, he excels the most attacking the basket but can also spot up from the outside to knock down jumpers. An efficient and effective scorer, West moves very well with the ball attacking the basket strong. All season, he was a very consistent player who did whatever was needed of him to help his team win games being one of the top two-way wings on the GNBA.
With the play of West, as well as Tref Rademaker, Reece Jordan, and others, 2027 NESYB Hoops was one of the top teams on the Generation Next Basketball Association this past season from all levels.
